Program Objectives
This specialization builds awareness about self-presentation and develops understanding of fibers, fabrics, clothing construction, production and marketing.
The prospectus connects the discipline with the evolution of fashion trends, textile technology and clothing production methods.
Students are also prepared to present fashion ideas, illustrations, patterns and garments for specific requirements in different settings while strengthening creativity and aesthetic sense.

Eligibility for Specialization
- Students should secure 3.0 CGPA in semesters 1 to 4.
- At least 70% marks are required in the subject of Textiles.
- Attendance should remain at 80% up to the 4th semester.
- Students must have studied and passed English, Chemistry and Basic Drawing with good results in semesters 1 to 4.
- Eligible candidates must qualify a written test and interview.
- Final selection remains subject to the availability of seats.
